Holistic healing is based on different diagnostic and healing methods. All aspects of human being is important. Physical, mental and emotional aspects are a three-oneness. If one of these aspects are in disharmony you are more vulnerable to get sick. Our body and mind has an enormous self healing potential. The basis of holistic healing is to (re)activate our self healing power of the body, achieve healing and to preserve this balance. Holistic healing can be an adding to regular healing depending on the form of healing, the general condition, and the status of the complaints.
Why choose for holistic healing - pain relieving - natural medicines do not have or have less side effects - holistic healing is based on healing and is not treating the symptoms
You can consult an acupuncturist or natural healer with the following complaints: acne, ADHD, allergies, asthma, arthritis, bronchitis, burn-out, fatigue, fybromyalgie, hay fever, hypertension, immune support, migraine, pain complaints, RSI, stress, skin diseases, stomach/intestine problems, whiplash and many more.
Pay attention to these aspects when you are visiting an acupuncturist or natural healer. - Where have the therapist studied? - Is the therapist a member of an official professional organization? This is important for the recognition of the therapist and for your health insurance. They might cover a part of the cost.

Vision/Way of working/treating
My vision is based on a holistic approach: body, mind and emotions are a three-oneness. If this three-oneness is out of balance there will be an energetic unbalance which will manifest in a complaint on one of these levels. As long as you don’t treat the cause you can’t get real healing. For me it is a challenge to heal everybody as fast as possible and efficient .
In my clinic, I try to make a connection between the western medicine and its complimentary care. I am open for western medicine. I think communication between doctors and the alternative care is important. This is beneficial for the patient.
During my 14 years in the clinic, I have experienced that acupuncture combined with herbs or supplements has a synergetic effect, which speeds up the healing process. Therefore the basis of my healing is Chinese medicine (acupuncture, cupping and moxa).
Traditional Chinese Medicine The Traditional Chinese Medicine has a few healing forms.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is based on energy (yin and yang) between the organs. The five elements: fire, earth, metal, water and wood are important. Each organ is connected with an element.
Japanese acupuncture Japanese acupuncture is based on Chinese acupuncture but it has different styles. One is Manaka-style. The diagnosis is made by abdomen palpation. The Japanese acupuncture use ion-cords, needles, massage, cupping and moxa.
When to use acupuncture and for what complaints: Often people think about acupuncture if nothings else, has helped while in the beginning of a complaint. Acupuncture can cure it fast but also with chronic complaints.
If one of these elements are out of balance the energy is getting disturbed and that is why you can get sick ( psychically or emotionally). With acupuncture you can restore the balance.
Cupping
Cupping is a healing form with glass cups which are placed vacuum on the body. The skin and muscles are getting more blood (blood is nutrition for your skin, muscles, tendons and bones. Waste is eliminated, which creates relaxation. Cupping is a good alternative for massage. Cupping is used for neck/shoulder pain, tension in your back, stress, migraine, whiplash, back problems and cellulites.
Moxa Moxa is a stick with an herb that can be combined with acupuncture. By using moxa you stimulate the body with heat which can help harmonize the energetic disbalance in the body.
Orthomolecular healing Orthomolecular healing is the physiology of the nutritional elements for optimal health. Ortho means optimal. Molecular means the molecule. Good health is achieved with enough vitamins and minerals and other vital elements in the right proportions.
Not only sick people but also healthy people need supplements because of pollution, stress and nutrition that is not natural anymore.
Phytotherapie/Herbs this orthomolecular study is also coping with the changing lifestyle of human beings these days.
Herbs consist of elements which are healthy for human beings. The function of herbs is based on reducing the complaints, stimulating the inner system and to restore the balance. Herbs can be combined with acupuncture.
MORI= Molecular Oscillation Resonance Instrument Everything exist through energy, also our body. Each body cell has his own frequency/resonance/oscillation. Different aspects can destroy these frequencies: we are getting sick. Dr.Rife from America, who discovered in the last century, when using some frequencies; parasites, viruses and bacterias were being eliminated and that a human being could recover faster.
Hyperactivity (ADHD) ADHD means Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and is described as hyperactivity, impulsive behaviour, and the unability to concentrate.
How do you recognize a child with ADHD symptoms These children have a tendency to be noisy, finishing their homework very fast with a lot of inaccuracy and always needing a lot of attention. Nothing seems to help even with frequent discipline.
What can cause ADHD -genetics -neurobiological facts -brain damage -environmental surroundings -vaccinations -nutrition -combination of these factors
How can you treat ADHD A combination of therapies is recommended. Changing your diet, taking supplements and bringing the balance back with acupuncture.
What is RSI/CANS RSI means Repetitive Strain Injury or complaints through repetitive movements. CANS means Complaints of Arms, Neck and Shoulders .
What are RSI/CANS complaints RSI complaints manifest with pain, muscle-fatigue, cramps and numbness or stiffness.
What causes RSI and why in this time RSI is caused by unnatural repetitive movements which are repeated for a long time (like working behind the computer). RSI is significant at this time because everything is computerized. It is not bad to work behind the computer as long you take breaks. A computer also emits radiation, which has a negative effect on your health. This combination, along with sitting the whole day and repeating the same movements causes RSI. By repeating the same movements you create an energetic blockage (pain and stiffness). If this situation continues too long you can get other problems as well.
How can you prevent RSI -don’t work too long behind the computer and use an alarm clock to take regular breaks -make sure you sit comfortably -take breaks and do some stretching/massage to keep the blood stream flowing. Also in your free time -if you feel something is not in balance get a check up immediately, because when RSI gets chronic it is harder to get cured
How can you treat RSI/Cans RSI can be treated with acupuncture in combination with massage, cupping, moxa and supplements. These therapies remove the blockage and stimulates the flowing of the blood and energy.
What is burn-out Burn-out means physical and emotional fatigue.
What are burn-out symptoms Burn-out appears by/through physical and emotional complaints: -not feeling well in your energy -sleeping bad -feeling restless -no energy for work, sex and social contacts Finally it accumulates in -feeling exhausted -no concentration at all -bad memory
What causes burn-out -chronic stress
Who is vulnerable for burn-out -people who have to stand too much at work -people who are perfectionists and too ambitious -people who are too controlling and who can not express their emotions -people who work too much -most of the cases are a combination of these facts
How can burn-out be treated Treating burn-out is a long term process. Taking rest is very important. Restore the neuro-hormonal balance of the body with supplements. Acupuncture and herbs to get the energy in balance. Changing your diet. So all these therapies are aiming to balance the physical, mental and emotional level.
